Booking Terms and Conditions

Cancellations are not encouraged and will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

If cancellation is necessary, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Cancellation on or before Friday 10 September 2026 – a £249.00 administration fee per person will be retained.
• Cancellation on or before Friday 18 December 2026 – 50% of your package price will be chargeable. After this date, in case of cancellation, full charges are applicable.
• Requests to cancel should be submitted in writing by email to [email protected].

Registration will close by Wednesday 31 March 2027 and you can transfer the registration to another person up until this date. The modification can be made free of charge online via the BMF registration portal or by email [email protected].

After this date, any changes can only be made via phone, with First Event, and, if permitted, will incur a £60.00 administration charge.
