Merchant places
Cancellations are not encouraged and will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
If cancellation is necessary, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Cancellation on or before Friday 10 September 2026 – a £249.00 administration fee per person will be retained.
- Cancellation on or before Friday 18 December 2026 – 50% of your package price will be chargeable.
- After this date, in case of cancellation, full charges are applicable.
Requests to cancel should be submitted in writing by email to [email protected].
Delegate registration
Registration will close by Wednesday 31 March 2027 and you can transfer the registration to another person up until this date. The modification can be made free of charge online via the registration portal or by email [email protected]. After this date, any changes can only be made via phone, with First Event, and, if permitted, will incur a £60.00 administration charge.
Travel Information
The nearest airport is Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK), located approximately 10-15 minutes (5km) from the venue.
No, attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights.
No, attendees must arrange their own transportation from the airport to the event venue.
British and Irish passport holders can enter Morocco without a visa for stays of up to 90 days. Passports must be valid for the proposed duration of your stay.
Currently, there are no mandatory health checks on arrival, but we recommend you check the latest advice closer to the time of travel.
Yes, all delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. Please ensure you arrange sufficient cover and bring a copy of the policy with you in case of an emergency.
